1. Overview & General Agreement
Welcome to Anleyre ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing our luxury attire, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them thoroughly before placing an order.
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices listed on Anleyre are expressed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly specified otherwise. Prices are subject to revision without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the purchased amount.
3. Order Placement & Payment Processing
All digital payments are securely processed via Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner. We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, and authorized digital wallets. An order is confirmed only when our secure servers verify payment receipt. In the event of payment failure, any deducted amounts are reversed by your issuing bank within 5–7 banking days.
4. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled via our verified logistics partner, Shiprocket, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery timelines range from 2 to 5 business days across major Indian metros. Tracking links are provided via SMS and email upon courier dispatch.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including typography, photographic assets, brand identity, garment patterns, and digital imagery displayed on Anleyre, is the exclusive intellectual property of Anleyre and protected by applicable copyright and trademark statutes.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from transactions or service usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
