Payment card numbers, UPI PINs, and banking credentials are never handled or stored on our servers; they are encrypted directly by our PCI-DSS compliant partner, Razorpay.

2. Purpose of Processing

Your information is used strictly to fulfill order dispatches, generate statutory GST tax invoices, communicate real-time shipment tracking milestones, and manage customer service inquiries. We never monetize, sell, or rent patron personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Service Integrations

To deliver an uncompromising boutique experience, we share essential operational details only with verified providers:

• Razorpay: Encrypted payment tokenization and processing.
• Shiprocket & Airway Couriers: Delivery name, address, and mobile number for parcel handover.
• Resend: Order confirmations, PDF tax invoices, and shipment status alerts.

4. Security & Storage

Our databases employ industry-standard encryption, Row-Level Security (RLS), and zero-trust session tokenization. Access to administrative systems is restricted via multi-factor permissions and logged in an immutable audit ledger.
